Nasopure Nasal Wash System Starter Kit

Just started using this so I can't speak to how well the solution works but the bottle design is terrible, or else the instructions are incorrect. It is impossible to hold the bottle at the angle shown in the instructions and get a proper seal around your nostril. For one, you have to lean forward to keep the solution from soaking your shirt as it drains out. And two, you have to point the bottle tip up in order to get a proper seal for it to go through to the other nostril (instead of down your chin). Both of which the instructions warn you not to do! I'll keep using the solution to rid my sinuses of mold, but I certainly won't follow those directions! Reply from Micro Balance: We are so sorry to hear you do not like the Nasopure bottle. Stand Tall Keep your head upright, eyes looking straight ahead. No tilting back. No leaning sideways. This upright posture is what makes Nasopure feel gentler and more natural than a neti pot. Position the Bottle - Place the tip gently into one nostril. - Create a soft seal — just enough to prevent leaking. - Aim the tip toward the back of your throat, not upward toward your eyes. - Let the ergonomic curve of the bottle guide your hand; the bottom of the bottle should angle slightly outward. Block Your Throat This is the Nasopure secret. - Take a breath. - Gently “close” your throat with your tongue — like starting to say “K” or preparing to gargle. - Hold your breath while rinsing. If you taste salt, your throat wasn’t fully blocked. It gets easier with practice. Squeeze Gently - With your head still upright, give the bottle a slow, steady squeeze. - The solution will flow in one nostril and out the other. - Use ¼–½ bottle per nostril. - Switch sides and repeat. The ergonomic design is meant for a gentle squeeze, not force. Drain + Blow - Lean forward slightly. - Rotate your head side to side to release any trapped solution. - Blow your nose gently.

I love this bottle with the packets to rinse my nasal passages. It easy to use. I prefer it to a neti pot.

I struggled with using this in the beginning. I had a difficult time holding my breath and my ears would always pop. I couldn't seem to find any help on Nasopure's Website to help me with this, they made it look so easy. I began imagining the process of the nasal wash right before I used it, which has helped me immensely. Now I am able to use it with ease.

I use this system every morning to help clear out my sinuses and mucus. I suffer from severe allergies and find this nasal washing system the best.

Got this kit a week ago, really like it. Tried first to use the entiere 4 oz and it took a long time with my small nose. So now I just do several rounds on each nostril and consider it good. Could not get water run one nostril in, the other nostril out, only every so often. Now I realized - I miss tonsils, it likely changes the route water runs. So no worries, it is really fast to prepare sinus for a squirt of nasal spray. I feel more energy when not constantly fussing with post nasal drip. Only intermittently it still comes on, a couple times daily. Only on the program 2 weeks.

This nasal rinsing system is easy to use and very helpful in cleaning out nasal passages. For me it's much easier than a neti pot.

Once you get used to this, it is no big deal and its so good for the sinuses! I use the Citridrops with it, and my sinuses are clear. I have also not been sick in about 2 years, so that is another plus.

These are much easier to use than a netti pot, and the premixed packets are convenient. My only complaint is that I wish there was a good way to sanitize them. They will deform if you boil them.

This is absolute best Nasal Wash System! I have used since 2011 and it is even dishwasher safe! Each bottle lasts a long time and I have never had a leaking bottle.

Very easy to use. I was intimidated to try due to lifelong sinus issues and surgeries, but it works well without any discomfort, pain or irrritation. It feels to good to know I am washing my sinuses clear from mold and allergens with the saline solution!
