This will happen if you are a repeat customer and are using the same email address on a new order without logging in first. Please login with the email address you used before and enter your password. If you do not remember your password, click on “forgot password” and request a password reset.
Please make sure your billing address is the same address as your credit card billing address. Also check to make sure your credit card expiration date and CSV numbers match your credit card.

If you are located in the U.S. and your order totals $49 or more, it will ship for free. Your order will ship via USPS Ground Advantage. If your order includes a fogger and you do NOT have a P.O. Box, it will ship via UPS Ground.
If your order is placed before 2:00 PM EST M-F, it will ship the same day. If your order is placed after 2:00 PM EST M-F, it will ship the following day. If your order is placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, it will ship the following Monday or the next business day if a holiday falls on Monday. Delivery can take 2-5 business days, depending on your location. We ship from the West Coast, so orders on the East Coast will take longer to arrive. If you qualify for FREE U.S. Shipping, your order will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage. If your order contains a fogger, and you do not have a P.O. Box, it will ship UPS Ground.

Once your order is shipped, you should receive an email with tracking information. Be sure to check your spam folder, if you do not receive a shipping confirmation email from us within a day or two after placing your order.
