The EC3 Air Purification Candle is a simple way to control mold spore levels in the indoor air. The heat from the burning wick aerosolizes the natural botanical embedded in the soy wax. The wax has no added fragrances to avoid inflaming the chemical sensitivities common in sinusitis sufferers. Each candle will burn for approximately 13-16 hours. Open candle and place on flat surface inside of metal lid, away from walls, and flammable items. Burn for 3 hours continuously on first use to achieve optimal effects. Burn for one hour each day afterwards for mold maintenance. When finished burning, use a candle snuffer to put the flame out. We do not recommend blowing it out. Trim tip of wick before each use for best results. This reduces soot and smoke indoors. Each candle has a burn life of approximately 16 hours. A general guideline is to use one candle per 600 square feet of indoor space. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not leave burning candle unattended. Do not use EC3 Air Purification Candles if you are allergic to soy.

Love these candles
I love burning these candles. I feel like my sinuses feel more open and like I can breathe more “freely”. Scented candles are an issue for me so I can’t burn them, so I love that I can use these, while also knowing it’s addressing mold spores in the air!

Tested to remove mycotoxins!
I love that these candles are 3rd party tested for removing mycotoxins in the air. I try to burn them regularly, every couple days , for three hours. Oh, one other thing, they burn down better than any other candle I've ever used in my entire life!!!

EC3 Candle
These candles seem to work. I especially noticed recently when I left one burning (accidentally) and went for a walk. When I came home and opened the door the house definitely felt and smelled fresher. My only beef is that they should offer a discount for repeat customers, they pricey even “on sale.”

No Shot in the Dark
I think this is one of the most effective C3 products I’ve used. Plate test after plate test, I’ve reduced mold count using the recommended burn times. The candle doesn’t emit a smell or leave any kind of residue. I’ve used this in my car to great effect as well. Of course, you have to be careful, but if you place it on a firm surface (e.g. book), it can clear mold in an hour. I’ve use them while traveling, but it can be a challenge in hotels with smoke alarms. The only issue I have with them is that I wished they burned a little longer. The newer version works better than the old, though.

Candles
Love these. I like that I can peel the label off and they are nice basic and aesthetically pleasing. 4 instead of 5 because some don’t burn down evenly and also they tend to pop when lit. Definitely keep away from any fabrics and use an extension lighter to light them. All in all though they do a great job!!
