The EC3 Air Purification Candle is a simple way to control mold spore levels in the indoor air. The heat from the burning wick aerosolizes the natural botanical embedded in the soy wax. The wax has no added fragrances to avoid inflaming the chemical sensitivities common in sinusitis sufferers. Each candle will burn for approximately 12 hours. Introducing our air purifying candles: the EC3 Air Purification Candle! These candles are designed to reduce mold counts and mycotoxin levels in the indoor air. Each candle is made with soy wax and a blend of natural, citrus seed botanicals. EC3 candles contain no added fragrance or chemicals and are best used in conjunction with our EC3 Mold Spray.
How do our candles work? The heat from the burning wick aerosolizes the natural botanicals embedded in the soy wax. The botanicals are both antifungal and antimicrobial. As they disperse, they work to deactivate mold spores and to bring particulates out of the air. The candles’ ingredients were specifically chosen so as not to inflame chemical sensitivities that are common in those who suffer from sinusitis and mold illness. Each candle burns for approximately 16 hours and is designed to treat a 600-square-foot indoor space.

Open candle and place on flat surface inside of metal lid, away from walls, and flammable items. Burn for 3 hours continuously on first use to achieve optimal effects. Burn for one hour each day afterwards for mold maintenance. When finished burning, use a candle snuffer to put the flame out. We do not recommend blowing it out. Trim tip of wick before each use for best results. This reduces soot and smoke indoors. Each candle has a burn life of approximately 16 hours. A general guideline is to use one candle per 600 square feet of indoor space. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not leave burning candle unattended. Do not use EC3 Air Purification Candles if you are allergic to soy.

EC3 Air Purification Candles
The candles have been a true blessing. Ater suffering horrific symptoms to mold/mycotoxin poisoning these candles do lessen the toxins so my son son and I rest or go about out business without reactions to the toxins. I've noticed rain brings out higher levels of toxins in our apt and I become very uncomfortable feeling as I couldn't escape them. I now burn candles in each our rooms once the rain begins & depending on what the weather is seeing to do I burn them approx 1 - 2 1/2 hours and I actually am able to comfortably be in my home. LIFE SAVER! I also like the one wick I'm seeing in the candles because they burn more efficiently than with the two wicks. Presently I must say these are a regular necessity for us.

I truly appreciate these candles! My family suffers health issues from mold poisoning so at times we have no clue we'll be all of a sudden reacting because it. I've noticed that times s such as rain helps produce toxins in the air so I light a candle in both my son & my bedrooms and "YES" theses amazing candles lessen the toxin levels so he and I can rest ect without acquiring uncomfortable reactions to these toxins. Sometimes I burn them only an hour and the levels are the amazingly less. On occasion if rain is lasting days I burn one in each room approx 2-2 1/2 hours begore

They’re OK
I honestly can’t really tell a difference when burning these. Maybe I’m not burning enough of them at once to notice a difference? The only reason I tried them was for peace of mind so I guess that’s worth something. They also burn down really quickly and sometimes one or both of the wicks don’t light.

I am glad they tried to solve the problem with the wax not melting by adding a wick, but unfortunately it doesn't always work. One candle worked well out of the three. I am not spending the money for these anymore unless they improve them again to work.

Musty rooms, be gone!
Since the big Texas floods, I needed all the help I could get with household mildew issues. This candle is fresh smelling after dusting and vacuuming are completed.

It really does work!
It made my living environment much more tolerable. I also tracked mold spores into my car so I burned the candle in my car for 20 minutes and it worked. No more reactions to the mold. I also used it to clear out my closet and dresser drawers due to mold spore contamination. I will definitely be buying this product on a regular basis!
