EC3 Mold Solution Spray is a botanical, non‑toxic cleaning formula created to help maintain cleaner indoor spaces. Made with plant‑based ingredients, including citrus seed extracts, this ready‑to‑use spray can be applied to a wide range of household materials — from floors and walls to clothing, shoes, furnishings, and car interiors.
Because it contains no harsh chemicals, added fragrances, or volatile solvents, EC3 Mold Solution Spray is a low‑irritant option for routine surface care. It works only where applied and is intended to be used regularly as part of an ongoing home‑maintenance routine.
This spray is also a core component of the Environmental Treatment Protocol developed by Dr. Don Dennis, MD FACS, and pairs seamlessly with other EC3 Products to support cleaner indoor air and surfaces.
For areas with visible discoloration on grout or tile, EC3 Enzyme Cleaner Concentrate should be used for best results.

Mist the entire house with EC3 Mold Solution Spray. Once an object or area is treated, allow it to air-dry. Treat as often as needed. Use the spray weekly or more often if mold counts are not decreasing. Pay special attention to carpets and rugs, as these are the largest filters that collect and retain debris in your home. For a wide-area mist, twist the nozzle slightly to the right from the closed position. For a more direct stream, continue to twist the nozzle all the way to the open (right) position. You can even mist or use a cloth to treat your pet’s fur to prevent them from tracking mold spores into your home. It can also be used on car interiors and in heating and air systems to prevent and treat mold formation or circulation. If an item is covered with visible mold it really is best to discard it. Caution: If applying to fine wood furniture that is susceptible to water stains, product should be misted on and then wiped off after one minute has passed.

Love using this stuff on upholstery around the house and in my vehicle.

It works, and there's virtually odor
Amazingly, it has virtually odor, which is usually a problem for me with other anti-mold sprays. Have been using it in a shower with mold issues and there has been no mold growth in 4 weeks since first spraying it.

Your Mold Spray has cleared up a problem I never thought I had. Hm. I'll be ordering more and recommending it to my neighbors. I live near the beach and they will need this as much as I thought I didn't! Ha. I also burn your candles and use the Concentrate regularly. Great stuff!!! ....great stocking stuffers!

Spray
My new favorite go to. I have tried numerous products to rid the mold in the shower grout. Followed directions on spray bottle, and use after every shower now. The mold cleaned nicely from grouted areas and has not reappeared . Also, spray the front load washer after each use. Great ideas for Christmas gifts as well. Something usable for all homes.

Good, going to try to use it more
As an overall cleaner I find this product to be fine, but as a tough cleaner of mold, not entirely. Even with a scrub brush and letting it sit, a lot of mold stains in our shower grout remained but were easily cleaned off with stronger (but still mostly natural) products. I even tried EO3s wipes and found that THOSE cleaned the stains more effectively which really surprised, but slightly disappointed me as one would think the spray would be the better of the two. I feel the spray and the wipes now have the same purpose to me - cleaning surfaces, but not doing the heavy work. It's unclear if the mold helps prevent the mold from coming back as quickly yet, but hopefully I'll at least see that result from it. Probably would only reorder the wipes. Response from Micro Balance: The EC3 Mold Spray is NOT a tile or grout cleaner. As stated on the label, it is designed and intended to use to lower mold spore counts and mycotoxins on surfaces and in the air. It deactivates the spores and does not allow them to proliferate or take hold. It is NOT a stain remover and contains no chemical lifting agents for that purpose.

I use it on everything.
At first I was hesitant to use this on anything but carpets, but I use it on everything! My couch, pillows, mattress, curtains, sometimes I just walk around and spray the air real quick if I don't have time to fog, too! I also take this with me to hotels to spray down everything in the room before I start to unpack. It's awesome and this along with the candles really helped my air quality (proven by my post test mold plate screen!).

EC3 Mold Spray
I use EC3 Mold Spray on a regular basis while waiting to have remediation done. It has helped to mitigate my reactions and given me some peace of mind as things move forward. I am thankful that I have it as a stop gap measure and plan to use it on a regular basis even when the remediation is complete.
