EC3 Mold Solution Spray is a botanical, non‑toxic cleaning formula created to help maintain cleaner indoor spaces. Made with plant‑based ingredients, including citrus seed extracts, this ready‑to‑use spray can be applied to a wide range of household materials — from floors and walls to clothing, shoes, furnishings, and car interiors.
Because it contains no harsh chemicals, added fragrances, or volatile solvents, EC3 Mold Solution Spray is a low‑irritant option for routine surface care. It works only where applied and is intended to be used regularly as part of an ongoing home‑maintenance routine.
This spray is also a core component of the Environmental Treatment Protocol developed by Dr. Don Dennis, MD FACS, and pairs seamlessly with other EC3 Products to support cleaner indoor air and surfaces.
For areas with visible discoloration on grout or tile, EC3 Enzyme Cleaner Concentrate should be used for best results.

Mist the entire house with EC3 Mold Solution Spray. Once an object or area is treated, allow it to air-dry. Treat as often as needed. Use the spray weekly or more often if mold counts are not decreasing. Pay special attention to carpets and rugs, as these are the largest filters that collect and retain debris in your home. You can even mist or use a cloth to treat your pet’s fur to prevent them from tracking mold spores into your home. It can also be used on car interiors and in heating and air systems to prevent and treat mold formation or circulation. If an item is covered with visible mold it really is best to discard it. Caution: If applying to fine wood furniture that is susceptible to water stains, product should be misted on and then wiped off after one minute has passed.

Returns Policy:

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error in shipping an item that you did not order. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Mold Spray
I use it ALL the time. Daily. I’m highly sensitive to mold and mycotoxins and I spray everything new that comes into my home. I use it to clean the fridge and other areas around the house too. The only drawback is the sprayer could be better quality, it stops working once I get down toward the end of the bottle, so I have to pour the rest into the new bottle (usually a few ounces worth) which is annoying. Considering the price of the product, I would think a few more cents could be spent on quality control of the sprayer.
