The EC3 Environmental Kit includes:
1 - Mold Screening Test Kit - 6 Pack (Note: Each plate has an expiration date. Use before expiration date. As plates age, water will begin to condense onto the top of plate and may pool inside the plate. When you are ready to perform test, drain excess water from the plate first. Since the plates do expire, we do not accept returns for refunds on the plates.)

The EC3 Laundry Additive is an all-natural, non-toxic, botanically-based rinse designed to remove the mold and bacteria that becomes trapped in your clothing and bedding. By adding two ounces to your regular wash, you will experience cleaner, fresher-smelling laundry. Regular use will also help keep your washing machine mold free and clean. EC3 Air Purification Candles – 3 Pack are a simple way to control mold levels in your indoor air. The heat from the flame aerosolizes the natural botanicals embedded in the soy wax. The candles have no added fragrance, so as not to aggravate chemical sensitivities common in mold sufferers. These candles can reduce the mold count in a room from TNC (Too Numerous to Count) to nearly 0 in less than 3 hours. Each candle will burn for approximately 16 hours. Do not use EC3 Candles if you have an allergy to soy.

When using EC3 Mold Spray, for a wide-area mist, twist the nozzle slightly to the right from the closed position. For a more direct stream, continue to twist the nozzle all the way to the open (right) position.

Returns Policy:
You may return items sold by Micro Balance Health Products with which you are not satisfied within 30 days of the order for a full refund. (Note: See below EC3 Sanitizer Fogger return policy). We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error in shipping an item that you did not order. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
EC3 Sanitizer Fogger Return & Refund Policy: All foggers are protected under a 1-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. This warranty covers mechanical issues and defects. Due to health and safety regulations, all Foggers are a FINAL SALE item.

Ideal Mold Vigilance Starter Kit!
This is the ideal mold vigilance starter kit! I was able to have enough test plates to test my home when I first received it. Next, I used the EC3 Mold Solution Concentrate Spray (on couches, carpets, pillow, curtains, etc...), Candles (in the main rooms I'm in throughout the day), and Laundry Additive. Then, I still had enough plates to test after a week of using the products and the difference in the mold screen was SOO much better! I'll keep using these to help maintain the indoor environment in my home! Thank you!

Laundry additive
I have used the laundry additive and the mold spray. I also just bought the machine that sprays mold killer, although I haven’t received it yet. My remediater told me that I need more than the laundry additive when I wash my clothes. He just didn’t tell me what it was, so I have no idea if it is working or not. Do I add vinegar or baking soda to the wash as well?

Mold test plates
I was referred to microbalance through my physician, so I trusted that it would be a very reputable company. But I am incredibly disappointed in not just the product-but the customer service as well. After losing my home, health, career, and all belongings due to toxic mold, and moving into a brand-new tiny home as of recent, that devastatingly also showed signs of mold concern after move-in, I took my drs recommendation and ordered the testing plates vs hiring an actual mold-testing company. Not only did the plates take near 3 weeks to even arrive (I contacted customer service hoping they would compensate somehow-but they didn't). Then after following the testing instructions exactly, my plates came out with totally inconclusive information. One being a swab test, which reading the review above.. isn't an accurate result anyways. The others were air tests, which the results don't appear anything like the images their test kits even provide! The couple test plates I have left, have become condensated inside the sealed packages-which I suspect makes the remaining ones no longer useable/accurate. So I am completely clueless now if I have a problem or not. And living with the worry/frustation for over a month, wasting money on kits that just added confusion. In hindsight, I should had hired an actual 3rd party mold testing company from the get-go, to get actual conclusive information vs time/energy/money wasted on getting zero accurate information. Mold Products Review
I use the laundry additive and hope it is helping. However, the mold plate' instructions are wrong. They say to use a clean swab to swab the area in question and to rub it across the plate. I did this to them and there was mold growth, but couldn't determine from the results if it was bad or not. I contacted one of the labs I was referred to by you and was told that I should never rub a swab on the plate as it will always effect it negatively. I was shocked and only had one plate left and checked the air. That, along with several swabs have been submitted for analysis. I am dismayed that your instructions are wrong as stated by the lab you referred me to. Micro Balance response: We are so sorry for this. We are working with a new lab now. We will make sure the directions are updated. Most customers do not use the plates for diagnostic testing, though. They are more of a YES/NO tool. We appreciate you and your feedback.

Works really well
After using the candles, no mold could be detected on the plates. Loved the cleaning spray and laundry additive. My apartment air is now clean and fresh. Being able to breathe air that isnt musty, made a huge difference in my ability to work from home. Just wish shipping to Canada was so pricey!
