Just went through my first bottle of this stuff and was surprised to see all the things it can help with in the brochure that comes with the product in the mail. I'm using it for candida and have used it for cold sores, sinus rinses and sore throats so far. This is awesome stuff!

I have used grapefruit seed extract for years. This is so much better. It does not burn the sinuses like GSE can.

This is the best product ever for keeping a person healthy. My husband and I use it for everything. If coming down with sore throat , we put 8 drops of citra drops in 4 ounces of water. We put some in mouth and gargle and swirl in our mouths for 4-5 minutes. Then we spit that out. Then we gargle and swish the rest of the solution and then swallow it. The sore throat goes away immediately. If we get stuffy, we rinse out noses with saline solution in Neil Med bottle or nasopure bottle with 3 drops of citra drops. Stuffiness goes away. If I feel headachy or brain fog. I swish with citra drops and swallow the 4 ounces of citra drops and water. It’s fabulous in killing Candida overgrowth. We add it to our nasal rinse every morning. We add one drop to our water reservoir in our Cpap to prevent mold from growing. We haven’t had colds, flu, covid at all. We believe in Dr Dennis and his knowledge and the products he has created. Don’t hesitate at all in using citra drops if you want to be healthy.
