Micro Balance EC3 Mold Solution Concentrate is a natural botanical that removes mold spores, bacteria, and musty smells from hard and soft surfaces with no harmful chemicals and can be used to decrease the overall mold load in your indoor environments.
This non-toxic solution contains a proprietary blend of citrus seed extracts designed to control mold levels in your home where you suspect mold growth. Additionally, independent laboratory test confirms the efficacy of EC3 Mold Solution. Spraying and misting EC3 Mold Solution are ways to remove mold spores and bacteria that naturally float in the air and land on all surfaces including hard surfaces like counter tops, furniture and floors, and soft surfaces like drapes, furniture, and carpets. It is most effective when followed by HEPA vacuuming to physically remove debris.

Makes a space feel fresher
I use this diluted according to the bottle, in a small handheld nano fogger around my house. It definitely seems to freshen up the areas that I use it in.

Life changing product!
I will never be able to say enough about how this product has helped me live a more normal life after being diagnosed with mold illness. I use this spray everyday as a "christening" for any visitors to my house...It's like a refreshing mist! We have bottles in the entryway, car, and bathroom at all times and once a month we use it with the fogger to fog the entire house at mold avoidance upkeep and I can really feel the difference afterwards. If you or your family is sensitive to mold, this is a must have!

This stuff really works
So glad I got several bottles of these to use with the EC3 fogger, we used the test plates & successfully brought mold counts down to a safe level at our home.A little goes a long way,it doesn't leave an oily residue,although there is a light difference to the floor after fogging which we do every week if necessary.The price is also right in comparison to their competitor.Will be buying more!

EC3 Mold Solution Concentrace
I have been using this for several years now to clean every household item that was contaminated by mold toxin exposure. I have successfully cleaned clothing, shoes, jewelry, computer equipment, etc. from mold toxins. I had a low fungal load in my home, but everything had been contaminated and I am highly sensitive to mold toxins. I recently purchased a case of this product for a mold cleaning company, an HVAC cleaning company to use and have used it in an inexpensive fogger I purchased online to decontaminate our garage and vehicle. I could not recommend a product more highly. I am teaching the hygenist I am using for our home remediation. It has no odor. I give this product the highest rating as it is remarkable.

Helps, but costs a lot!
I wish this lasted longer. It takes so much of the bottle for a single use and there's no bulk buy option or discount at all. It did seem helpful (I used it along with a laundry load, as well as making it into a spray.

Just ok…just not strong enough for mycotoxins
I do not feel the dilution Recommendations eliminate mycotoxin. As a professional mold remediator, I have test of this product now against a natural-based plant enzyme I have been using for years, and based on lab results I will not be switching anytime soon to EC3 for even my post sensitive clients. This would be OK for regular maintenance after the presence of mycotoxins have been ridden from your home by a capable product.

It's a good concentrate, though a tad expensive. But I like that I don't need to buy all the essential oils to make my own. I have not compared, but that might be even more expensive.
