Returns Policy:

You may return items sold by Micro Balance Health Products with which you are not satisfied within 30 days of the order for a full refund. (Note: See below EC3 Sanitizer Fogger return policy). We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error in shipping an item that you did not order. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

    I’m surprised that it doesn’t smell at all! I have mild MCS. I first used it on my hands to see if I would react, and I didn’t. Then only on my hair, then only in my arms, then legs, then the whole body. I didn’t react at all! The 2nd I used it, it actually gave me perfect curls!! Which has never happened! I’m just so happy that it doesn’t smell and that I didn’t react! I travel a lot. So I’m excited to use it when I don’t know if I’m in moldy hotels. I have a hard time sleeping in hotels for the last few years. I figured it had to be either EMFs, and/or the chemicals (like ecolab!) and/or mold! I unplug everything in my rooms, ask for no air fresheners. But until now, I didn’t have anything for mold! I also have MCASand Lyme

    Lather’s extremely well. I bought the unscented bc I’m very sensitive to fragrances-IMO it doesn’t have the most appealing smell, but not enough to deter me from buying. We use it after mold exposure or doing yard work. It’s reassuring to have a shampoo/body wash that gets spores off, especially for those of us sensitive to mold and mycotoxins.

    I started using EC3 products when my home ERMI tested positive for mold. I have used several of their products and love this cleanser. I use it right after I get out of the sauna to cleanse all of the toxins off my skin. It makes my hair and skin incredibly soft. I also have been using it as a shampoo on my dog to make sure she isn't carrying mold on her fur. This product is a fantastic addition to all of the other products available!

    I have really long and thick hair and have had to cut it off several times because I was so reactive to it. This is the first product I have found that keeps my hair soft and clean and really cleanses the environmental exposures!
