It works on contact to digest grease, grime, urine, mold spores, and organic debris—leaving surfaces truly clean, fresh, and residue‑free.

How to Use EC3 Enzyme Cleaner Concentrate
EC3 Enzyme Cleaner Concentrate is highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way. Dilute for everyday cleaning and use full‑strength only when needed.
For General Cleaning (Most Surfaces)

Dilute according to the bottle instructions.

Apply with the included spray top.

Wipe or use a cleaning sponge.

Safe for counters, appliances, bathrooms, walls, floors, and more.
For Carpets, Rugs & Upholstery

Dilute the concentrate.

Lightly mist the surface—no need to soak.

Blot with a clean, dry cloth or use in a carpet or upholstery cleaning machine.

Repeat as needed for odors or organic buildup.
For Laundry

Add 1 ounce of solution with your detergent.

Single Product
General, Multipurpose Cleaning: (Always dilute for general use.) Mix 4 ounces of concentrate per gallon of water. Stain Removal: Thoroughly spray stains with full-strength concentrate and wait 5 minutes before rinsing or wiping. For tougher stains, use a stiff brush to help lift the stain. If the stain is still visible, reapply the concentrate, allow it to penetrate for an hour, and then rinse, wipe, or scrub away the stain with a clean sponge, brush, or cloth. Laundry: To pretreat, saturate stained areas with full-strength concentrate. Make sure to rub into the stain to allow enzymes to penetrate. Wait for at least 5 minutes before washing as usual. To brighten and deodorize regular loads, add 3 ounces of concentrate to the washer and wash with warm/hot water and mild, non-scented detergent. Drains, Septic Tanks: Pour concentrate directly into the drain or tank. Wait for at least 10 minutes before flushing with warm/hot water.

Fast and effective!
I bought this enzyme cleaner for the first time and am so glad I got it! I used it to clean my shower. I sprayed the concentrate in the corners of the shower where there was some build up and let it sit for about 10 minutes. I was prepared to do a little scrubbing, but as I added water, the build up was basically rinsing away without me having to do much at all! I was really happy about this and love how the enzymes break down the junk. Thank you for making this!

I have been using a lot of the natural products in our house, not only that this is non-toxic but also works and has more benefits than a lot of natural cleaning products out there. It really cleans the surface, it's multipurpose and cleans the air at the same time.

EC3 enzyme cleaner
I like this product. Pour some down a drain I’d been tending to with baking soda and vinegar, hoping to not have to take it apart and clean it that way. I poured some Enzyme Cleaner and let it sit overnight. Drain seems to be good so far! No slow drain. One of my kids had a funky load of laundry, smelled like mildew. After washing four times with borax, or vinegar and baking soda, hot water with salt, a few items still smelled. I did one final load, added a cup of Enzyme Cleaner and clothes seem really fresh after that. Also soaked a t shirt in a big cup with some EC3 Enzyme for a couple of hours before washing, now it’s good to go.

The cleaner works to remove mold and dirt from surfaces. It’s very concentrated, cleans well, and smells good.

Left residue
Used this, diluted appropriately, on my countertops and floors. It left a slick residue on both - not ideal with children running around. Micro Balance Response: Hi there, If the product is diluted and used like your regular, all-purpose cleaner, it should not leave a slick residue. I will reach out to you via email to make sure you are happy with the product. Sometimes a slight tweak to dilution or usage is all you need to get the most out of it for the usage case.

EC3 Enzyme cleaner rocks!
My son has a severe mold sensitivity and has to move out of our house as a result. The source of the mold has been corrected but the house doused with mold and he relapsed even though the mold source was eliminated. I have been cleaning the house for weeks with the enzyme cleaner and just recently my son has moved back and is feeling comfortable enough to stay. I credit this product as one of the keys to managing the mold.

Great cleaner
Great cleaner concentrate. I had some AV condensation start running my wood flooring and baseboard. I sprayed this on it, let it sit for a bit and then it wiped right away. Smells good too!
