I've gone through a few bottles of this spray by now and it seems to help clear my sinuses. I keep it in my purse so that I can use it while I'm out and about and it feels cleansing to my system. I haven't used the new formula with xylitol. That may be a deterrent to me purchasing this product again, as I really like the simplicity of the former product.

I had purchased this spray awhile back at the direction of my practitioner to have on hand when the time comes in her protocol to start sinus work. So, full disclosure, I haven't actually started it yet, BUT when I saw that the bottle was empty even though the seal was still intact (it leaked out in the box), I contacted customer service with pictures of it with the seal still intact and in the light so that they could tell it was empty, they immediately shipped me a replacement bottle. It was hands down the easiest and smoothest customer service experience I've had.
