Directions for use as a dietary supplement: Put 8 to 10 drops of CitriDrops Dietary Supplement to 8 ounces of water and drink 1-3 times daily to support immune system function.
Directions for use in a nasal rinse: Add 1 drop of CitriDrops Dietary Supplement for every ounce of water in saline nose washes.

Do to my mold allergy and been allergic to everything my ENT said not to take this orally just to use it in my nasal wash. For the first time in years My sinus stay clean, its now June and I only had antibiotics once for the year early January before I start using this. I saw my ENT three times for the year and for two of my visits he said my sinus looks great and he didnt need to probe my sinuses, this last time I had to beg him to clean out the back of my sinus that was slighkty swollen and inflammed and he doc was surprised it was swollen because my upper nasal cavity was nice and clean. I use this along with neil med nasal rinse at first I use all 8 drops per the oz of wash I had and it really dried my sinus out so I backed down to 6 and slowly build my way back up. This is the best my sinus have been in years and most exactly my other detox methods has worked. For the first time in manny years my food allergies are gone, tested yesterday and no allergies yay. Doc still doesn’t want me to ingest this because my stomach is still on high but so happy I gave this a try in my nasal rinse. I took the mold assessment quiz on this size and my report said to use this in my face steamer and rinse. So happy I did.
