Directions for use as a dietary supplement: Put 8 to 10 drops of CitriDrops Dietary Supplement to 8 ounces of water and drink 1-3 times daily to support immune system function.
Directions for use in a nasal rinse: Add 1 drop of CitriDrops Dietary Supplement for every ounce of water in saline nose washes.

I love this product because it can be used so many different ways for mold illness patients.
