Do I have to pay sales tax?

We collect sales tax based on order address. Your cart price will reflect any tax charges for your order once you enter your delivery address.

I have a question on my charges.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices. You can also email us at customerservice@microbalancehealth.com to obtain a copy of your invoice/receipt. Please include the name on the order, date of the purchase, and order number, if possible. 

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?
