Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Note that foggers, EC3 Mold Screening Test Plates, and opened supplements are not eligible for return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. Note that some products are restricted in some countries and cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on your items' availability and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that the shipping rates for many of our items are weight-based. The weight of any such item is listed on its detail page. To reflect the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If your order is placed before 2:00 PM EST M-F, it will ship the same day. Next Day Air does not include weekend Delivery. If you place an order on Friday before 2:00 PM EST and select Next Day Air or Express, the earliest delivery is the next business day. If your order is placed after 2:00 PM EST M-F, it will ship the following business day. If your order is placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, it will ship out the following business day. All weekend orders will be shipped the following business day, including those with paid, expedited shipping. Delivery can take 2-5 business days, depending on your location. We ship from the West Coast, so orders on the East Coast will take longer to arrive. Free shipping is shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. If your order contains a fogger, it will ship UPS Ground, UNLESS your address includes a P.O. Box. In that case, it will ship USPS. If you are placing an international order and are not located near one of our International Partners, your package may take 4-6 weeks to arrive, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for expedited shipping delays due to weather events or carrier issues. If your paid, expedited package is delayed, we will attempt to obtain a refund on your behalf once it is delivered. Depending on the circumstance, a refund is not always guaranteed and may take up to two weeks to process.
