Note: High-quality homeopathic products contain small amounts of organic alcohol because it helps to hold the potency of the formula stable and enhances absorption. If you are sensitive to alcohol, or if you notice any irritation under your tongue, place the sprays in a small amount (10-20 cc) of warm (not hot!) water for 5-10 minutes. This will evaporate the alcohol before you take it. Swish the entire liquid around in your mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing to allow the ingredients to be absorbed through the mucosa of the mouth.

Directions for Use: Adults: For nasal symptoms apply 3-9 sprays under tongue, 2-3 times daily. Use 9 sprays under tongue, 3 times daily when symptoms increase or additional immune support is needed. For sore throat, open mouth and apply 3-9 sprays directly on sore throat, 2-3 times daily. Adjust number of sprays and applications as needed. For example, if you know you have had a mold exposure, increase dosage or frequency of use. Consult a physician for use in children under 12 years of age. Do not take within 15 minutes of consuming food or brushing teeth. One bottle lasts for 6-8 weeks depending on number of sprays used. NOTE: Sinus Defense does not require physician allergy testing prior to use. It can be used in conjunction with allergy shots or immunotherapy.

My husband suffers from constant chronic post-nasal drip. He started using this product about 5 months ago and has seen a dramatic improvement! We purchased the initial kit and tested all the rooms in the house for mold. Some were terrible, others not as bad as we expected. We used the candles, laundry additive and Sinus Defense and he can't say enough good things about your products!

After trying the amazing candles that increase my energy levels every time I lit them I thought I might try sinus defense. I always get sinus infections no matter how much I neti pot…And even if I include antibacterials and antifungal‘s. After using the sinus spray, and even sparingly, I noticed a huge difference in my sinuses and overall well-being. Thank you so much!

This product has been so beneficial, it is something that’s helped not only with mold illness but also when I feel a sickness coming on, I use this 2-3 times a day and start feeling better. When I was at my worst from mold, I carried this in my purse everyday. Now I’m much better but I still try not to run out because I know this product actually works.

Not sure if this is working or not. Have been using it for a week and have been actually feeling exhausted. Not sure if it's the alcohol content, but it certainly tastes like vodka.

We will reach out to you directly, but all homeopathic spray formulations are preserved with organic gluten-free alcohol, a natural perservative. This insures against the possibility of genetically modified ingredients (GMO’s) and eliminates any potential allergic responses to wheat. You should not experience any negative side effects. However, should your body react very quickly to a particular remedy, you may feel some signs of slight discomfort. But don’t worry. This is a positive sign that the remedy is working. To minimize the discomfort, simply reduce your number of sprays in half. After 3 to 4 days you can return to your regular dosage.
