Taking the N-Acetyl Cysteine supplement on the daily has really helped my breathing & phlegm issues but when cold symptoms or allergy exposure happens - or even when wake up on the more congested side the Histamine Relief has been perfect in getting thru that blockage! I’ve found best to have some on hand as needed!

This product works.
Drs don't know if my throat problem is acid reflux or environmental allergies. A month on OTC omprazole made no difference. BUT after 6 or 7 days on Histamine Relief, I felt a marked improvement in my throat discomfort.
