EC3 Laundry Additive is a gentle, plant‑based laundry rinse designed to support a cleaner, fresher wash. Used alongside your regular detergent, it helps fabrics release the moisture, buildup, mold spores, and musty odors that can accumulate through daily wear. The water‑based formula disperses easily in any temperature and rinses clean without leaving residue behind.

How to Use
For Standard or High‑Efficiency Machines

Add your regular detergent as usual.

Pour 1-2 ounces of EC3 Laundry Additive into the fabric softener tray or directly into the rinse cycle.

Wash and rinse as normal.

For heavily used items—towels, bedding, athletic wear—use up to 3 ounces as needed.
For Handwashing or Soaking

Add 1–2 ounces of EC3 Laundry Additive to a basin or sink filled with warm water.

Submerge fabrics and allow them to soak for 10–20 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly and launder or hang to dry.
For Ongoing Washer Freshness Use EC3 Laundry Additive regularly as part of your normal laundry routine to help keep your wash basin smelling clean and fresh—especially in high‑efficiency front‑loading machines.
Safe for all regularly laundered fabrics. Always shake well before use, as natural ingredients may settle.

LAUNDRY IN HE WASHERS - Add one (1) ounce of Laundry Additive to the rinse cycle reservoir (where you normally add your fabric softener) of your washing machine for every regular wash cycle.
LAUNDRY IN OTHER WASHERS - Add two (2) ounces of Laundry Additive in the same manner as above.
TO CLEAN WASHER - Add three (3) ounces into the bleach well or into the body of the machine and select the CLEAN cycle on your washer.
This product should be used in addition to your normal detergent or bleaching agent. EC3 Laundry Additive is safe for use on all washable fabrics, and is free from all harmful chemicals, synthetic perfumes or dyes. It works with all HE appliances.

Awesome Product
Having my clothes free for on spores is very important to me as I suffer from an autoimmune disorder. I’ve been you it for years and swear by it. There isn’t another product on the market that compares and although it is pricey, it is worth it. I also love the way my washer smells especially after I use it to clean the drum.

It’s EC3 Additive 4 Me
Since 2011, we’ve been using this in our rinse cycle to kill mycotoxins. I bet we’ve ended the life of billions! In all seriousness, I recommend using this product on every load, as well as Borax. This combination is a one-two punch mold can’t survive. IMO, Borax alone doesn’t seem as effective.

Great product
After moving from moldy apt I had to two options: throw away all my clothes or find a way to wash them. I use 4 oz of this, borax, and branch basics cleaner and then soak clothes in hottest water setting for 2-5 hours and this does the trick! Mold makes me sneeze so I do a smell test after every wash. Great product although I wish this was a bit more affordable.

Must-have Product
I began purchasing this product after learning about it from a few individuals that were either battling mold illness or trying to prevent mold buildup. I fall into that second category. This laundry additive is truly a preventative solution. Front-loader washing machines are notorious for mold growth and I use this product with every wash to ensure that spores do not get into my clothes. I’m sensitive to scents and prefer non-toxic detergents, so the products I usually use to clean my clothes do not leave a lingering fragrance that would mask musty odors. In the past, when not using this product, my clothes would sometimes smell musty after sitting in the closet for a bit. This product has helped to nip that in the bud. It’s also great to use on towels, workout clothes, etc. (basically any laundry that stays damp a bit) to prevent mold growth. I’ve had a lot of success with it personally and I know others dealing with mold illness who have as well. Highly recommend trying it!
