Shipping, Returns and Professional FAQs

  • I can’t checkout, when I try to process payment; it kicks me out and gives me an error message.
  • This will happen if you are a repeat customer and are using the same email address on a new order without logging in first. Please login with the email address you used before and enter your password. If you do not remember your password, click on “forgot password” and request a password reset.

    Please make sure your billing address is the same address as your credit card billing address. Also check to make sure your credit card expiration date and CSV numbers match your credit card.

    If you have been on the website for an extended period, it’s also possible that your shopping session timed out. Please close your browser and reopen the website. It will refresh your session and solve the problem. If you continue to have difficulties, please email us.
  • How will my order ship with free shipping?
  • If you are located in the U.S. and your order totals $49 or more, it will ship for free. Your order will ship UPS Ground, if your order includes a fogger. If you did not purchase a fogger, your order will ship USPS.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
  • If your order is placed before 3:00 PM EST M-F, it will ship the same day. If your order is placed after 3:00 PM EST M-F, it will ship the following day. If it is placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday, it will ship the following Monday. Delivery can take 2-5 business days depending on your location. We ship from the east coast, so it will take longer for those on the west coast to receive their orders. Our free shipping, is shipped USPS. If your order contains a fogger, it will ship UPS Ground. If you are placing an international order and are not located close to one of our International Partners, it could take 4-6 weeks to receive your order, depending on which shipping method is selected at checkout. Please email us with any additional shipping questions.
  • I want to return my product. What do I need to do?
  • If you wish to return a product, please follow these instructions:
    • Login to your account.
    • Go to your order.
    • Submit a return request.
    • Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization.
    You may also email customer service.
  • Is it possible to track my order?
  • Once your order is shipped, you should receive an email with tracking information. Be sure to check your spam folder, if you do not receive a shipping confirmation email from us within a day or two after placing your order. If you still can’t find it, you can login to your customer account at and check the order status. Your account login will be the email address you used to place the order.
