What Kind of Questions will the Evaluation Ask? What Will I Learn?
This FREE Evaluation asks questions about your sinuses, your environment, and your other health symptoms. It is designed to bring clarity to the potential of mold as an influence / cause of your chronic symptoms.
Your sinuses
The sinuses are warm and moist and create mucous which inhaled mold feeds on. If exposure is ongoing, mold spores can reproduce and form considerable masses. (fungal balls)
YOUR ENVIRONMENT
Mold may be visible in plain sight or may be hiding in unexpected places. The questionnaire will provide valuable information about the likelihood of mold thriving in your environment.
YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM
A body that is constantly fighting mold toxins maintains a constant state of inflammation. As a result, the body’s ability to fight other infections or viruses becomes depleted. Mold toxins also affect the pituitary gland which can impact hormonal systems causing sleep issues, and chronic fatigue.
OTHER HEALTH FACTORS
Other antigens, stress, illnesses, food allergies, and viruses (co-infections) can lead to enhanced mold sensitivities. These can be contributing factors to chronic illness and autoimmune diseases.

Look For Indicators and Obvious Clues
There are several simple immediate steps that can be taken to better understand if MOLD is an influence in your health.
This knowledge can help you find the most effective path to feeling good again.

SINUS SYMPTOMS
Some key indicators could be hiding right under your nose. Literally. The following are symptoms of mold-related chronic sinusitis:
- Nasal Obstruction
- Discolored Mucous Discharge
- Sinus Headaches
- Allergy Symptoms
- Fatigue
- Brain Fog

LOOK FOR MOISTURE
Mold is sneaky and very resilient. It feeds in places where moisture meets organic material. It doesn’t take a flood, major leak, or water damage for mold to thrive. The following could indicate indoor mold growth:
- Plumbing and Roofing Leaks
- Flooding/Water intrusion
- High Humidity >50%
- Ground Water Moisture that runs towards the foundation or seeps into flooring

TEST WITH MOLD PLATES
Mold spores are invisible and everywhere. But, if concentrations are high indoors, your health could be at risk. Testing the following places is a good way to see if your indoor spaces are safe:
- Bedrooms
- Inside Cabinets
- Behind Refrigerators, Washing Machines, and Dishwashers
- Crawl Spaces, Basements, or Attics
- Supply Vents and HVAC systems

MUSTY SMELLS IN THE AIR
When air smells musty or you see mold, there is a high probability that mold is thriving nearby and the levels are too high for human health.
- Bathrooms
- Kitchen Cabinets
- Laundry Room
- Crawl Spaces or Attic
